About the event
An exciting and interactive experience occurred at The Parent Literacy Awareness Community Event, a collaboration between Holmes School and Read by 4th Northwest Reading Captains! Parents and caregivers participated in literacy-rich activities, gaining valuable tools to support their children's reading journey. Families were left with takeways and resources to nurture literacy development and cultivate a love of reading at home. Little ones were also engaged, participating in lively discussions with local authors and enjoying a special read-aloud session by PA State Rep. Anthony Bellmon.
